Warranty and returns

We accept returns without arguments or piles of paperwork. Genuine products carry a manufacturer’s warranty — up to 50 years on VALTEC pipes.

14-day returns

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days as required by law, as long as it is in resaleable condition.

All products carry a factory warranty. Up to 50 years on VALTEC pipes when installed correctly.

If our crew installed the product, we’ll also arrange its removal.

Message or call our manager and tell us what you want to return.
Bring the product to the store where you bought it. A receipt helps, but if you can’t find it, we’ll help.
Get a refund using the same payment method, or exchange the product.

Couldn’t return it in time because of a business trip? Message us — we’ll sort it out.

Don’t look for someone to blame — just message us with a photo and your order number or the phone number used for the purchase.

If our crew did the installation, we are responsible for both the product and the joints — one warranty, one point of contact.
